Key Duties

Act as the first point of contact for customer support, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Oversee calendar management for meetings, appointments, and office events

Operate and manage office phone systems efficiently

Provide administrative support across departments as needed

Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity

Assist with medical receptionist tasks, including patient scheduling and maintaining medical records
