Pegasus Group, a leading UK development consultancy, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our vibrant Newcastle office. In this key role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Executive Director and ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and PA support to the Executive Director

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a professional and efficient working environment

  • Oversee diary management, meeting organisation, and travel arrangements

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and ISO 9001/14001 standards

  • Contribute to internal process improvements and collaborative initiatives

  • Maintain accurate records, manage invoicing, and support planning software (preferred but not essential)

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience (required)

  • Prior experience in office management or similar supervisory role

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Experience with PA duties, including calendar management and travel coordination (required)

  • Work authorisation in the United Kingdom (required)
