The Office Service Clerk / Call Center Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Process requests, orders, and returns with accuracy.

- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date customer databases.
- Provide administrative support to office management as required.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and software easily.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
