Your Daily Duties Will Include:

  • Delivering excellent, natural customer service with pride and passion

  • Assisting customers across all areas of the store including tills, online, vending, and stock replenishment

  • Promoting the ‘Have Your Say’ survey to gather valuable customer feedback

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised shopping environment

  • Following health and safety procedures and company policies at all times

  • Engaging in community, charity, and seasonal events to create a welcoming atmosphere

  • Supporting shift management in the absence of a team leader or store manager

  • If applicable, assisting in Post Office operations after completing background checks
