Job Title: Online Advisor – Operations

Location: Hilmore House, Bradford

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (4 days per week)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Advisor – Operations to join our team at Hilmore House, Bradford. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our online customers receive the best experience by managing delivery vehicle availability, handling inbound communication for breakdowns and incidents, and maintaining accurate service records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound queries from stakeholders, including home delivery stores and service providers, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, breakdowns, repairs, maintenance, service, MOT, road tax, and warranties.
  • Provide first-line problem-solving for home delivery teams, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Uphold safe and legal compliance by maintaining necessary documentation and audit trails.
  • Coach stakeholders to improve information quality and process efficiency.
  • Ensure vehicles are available for home delivery in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
  • Deliver first-time resolution for customer and stakeholder queries.
  • Generate accurate reports on incidents, costs, and service outcomes, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Minimize re-work and associated costs by ensuring accuracy.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in LCV fleet management, service provision, or dealership network functions.
  • Strong knowledge of safe, legal, and regulatory requirements for LCV fleet vehicles.
  • Commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and data management skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive, right-first-time approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of online retail processes (preferred).
