Indiana University East seeks qualified part-time faculty to teach courses across the natural sciences, including Biology, Biochemistry, Human Life Science, and courses for non-science majors. Opportunities exist for both in-person and online instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Teach courses in-person and/or online.

Maintain accurate records, submit grades and reports on time, and enforce academic policies.

Respond to student queries within 48 hours.

Build professional rapport with diverse populations on campus and in the community.

Support student success inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher with 18+ graduate credit hours in the relevant discipline.

Preparation/background for teaching the relevant course.

Strong desire to excel in teaching and support student success.
