This hands-on job also involves working with new technology, handling orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities of the Online Assistant

Order Fulfillment and Customer Service

• Select and pack customer orders with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality products

• Assist in managing customer queries and processing orders through the tills

• Support our drivers in loading vans and ensuring timely deliveries

Work Across Various Areas of the Business

• Work both in-store and in the warehouse, adapting to different roles as needed

• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, meeting company standards and customer satisfaction

• Lift and move shopping containers up to 15kg, staying active throughout your shift

Skills & Experience Required for the Online Assistant

Key Qualifications for the Online Assistant Position

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent customer service

• Comfortable using new technology and staying active throughout your shift

• Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving shopping containers up to 15kg

• Availability for shifts that may fall outside regular hours, including early mornings and late evenings (must be at least 18 years old for shifts outside 6am-11pm)
