This is a fast-paced, physical role with early morning starts, ideal for someone with energy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing

Carefully pick and pack customer online orders, ensuring accuracy and quality

Use a digital handset to guide your product selections and meet daily targets

Process orders, respond to queries, and assist with loading vans for delivery

Provide friendly customer service both on the shop floor and behind the scenes

Suggest product substitutions when items are unavailable

Flex across departments to support store operations as needed

Keep your area tidy and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
What Makes a Great Online Assistant

Comfortable with early starts (from 4am) and working independently or in a team

Confident using technology like handsets and stock systems

Friendly, helpful and happy to go the extra mile for customers

Physically fit and able to lift containers up to 15KG
-
Reliable, enthusiastic and ready to learn and adapt

Strong attention to detail and care when handling customer orders
Eligibility Requirements

Must be above school-leaving age in the UK
-
Must be 18+ for shifts starting before 6am
-
Must have Right to Work in the UK
-
Able to commute or relocate to Haywards Heath RH16 1DG before starting
