What an Online Sales Manager Does

As an Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming leads from phone calls, the company website, social media, third-party sites, and marketing campaigns

  • Responding to leads promptly, with a goal of connecting within minutes during business hours

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals by converting leads into appointments and sales

  • Qualifying prospects to match them with the right neighborhood and floor plan

  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments with Community Sales Managers (CSMs)

  • Using CRM tools to track leads, maintain customer data, and monitor conversion rates

  • Providing valuable feedback to sales and marketing teams about lead quality

  • Maintaining strong knowledge of all Taylor Morrison products and communities

  • Following a structured sales process to deliver excellent customer experiences

  • Basic knowledge of mortgage lending preferred
