Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Online Trading Coordinator to join our dynamic UK team. Reporting to the Online Brand Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of Brand.co.uk, ensuring seamless execution of online sales, product launches, content updates, and marketing campaigns.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, global beauty brand while gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce, site operations, and digital marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Reporting

Generate reports on online sales performance and product trends.

Contribute to post-campaign performance reviews.

Support online gifting/sampling programs with performance insights and recommendations.
Website Management

Execute site updates aligned with the UK marketing calendar and trade plans.

Manage CMS tasks: product setups, testing promo codes, QA site changes.

Collaborate on UX improvements and ensure all updates follow brand standards.

Support tagging/reporting across the site using analytics tools.
Marketing & Content Management

Maintain the content calendar and assist in the rollout of promotions.

Partner with CRM teams to create data-driven campaigns.

Oversee daily affiliate programme operations, including publisher coordination.

Assist with SEO/PPC strategy implementation and performance optimization.
Stock Management

Allocate stock for launches and seasonal campaigns.

Manage sample stock allocation and reporting.

Work cross-functionally to align stock availability with campaign delivery.
Projects You’ll Be Involved In

Product Launches: Support new product rollouts with timely content, inventory, and marketing updates.

Promotional Events: Help coordinate peak-season campaigns (e.g., Christmas) and drive conversions.

Affiliate Growth: Assist in expanding affiliate relationships and generating creative promotional content.

Customer Experience: Contribute to improving on-site user journeys and customer satisfaction.

Analytics & Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics to measure and refine campaign performance.
Who You Are

Commercially aware and data-literate, with an eye for sales performance.

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

Strong communicator and team collaborator.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally experienced with Google Analytics and CMS platforms.

Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing is a plus.

Passionate about delivering high-quality, seamless customer experiences online.
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail preferred.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and CMS platforms.

Experience using or basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.

Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
