Job Overview
We are hiring Operational Language Analysts to perform transcription, translation, and gisting of complex voice and graphic materials in direct support of SIGINT operations. Candidates must meet rigorous language proficiency standards and bring a strong understanding of intelligence operations.
Key Responsibilities

Translate and/or transcribe complex spoken and written materials

Gist (summarize) sophisticated voice and graphic content

Work with audio and text-based material in support of SIGINT missions

Maintain high standards of linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance

Utilize secure systems for data entry, review, and analysis
Required Qualifications
-
Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree (or equivalent international degree)

OR 2 additional years of relevant applied experience in lieu of a degree
-

Minimum 4 years of relevant language processing experience
-
At least 2 years must focus on translating/transcribing/gisting as primary duties
-
Up to 1 year of the required 4 years may be spent primarily on reporting

2 years of experience must be within the past 4 years

ILR Level 3 proficiency in Audio and/or Text Translation into standard American English

Verified by NSA Civilian Language Test of Record or similar, within 2 years of resume submission

Proficient in typing with an English keyboard (minimum 1 year experience)

Familiarity with SIGINT tools and operations

Ability to manage high-volume, sensitive data
