Operations Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)
Our client located in Wayne, PA is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temp/contract basis with possible long-term potential.
The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for confirming customer settlements and transfers within the Product Marketing group and assisting the Operations and Logistics group with day-to-day administrative support.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Entering customer transfers, confirming settlements, and executing wire payments for trades.
- Checking trade details from the trading teams
- Entering cash forecast for Treasury groups
- Assisting Operations and Logistics Coordinators as needed
- Some project work as required
Skills/Competencies:
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- HS Diploma, College degree is a plus
- Good project management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team setting
- Preference for someone with previous accounting or banking experience
Additional Details:
Pay Range: $25hr-$26hr (depending on experience)
Assignment: Temp/Contract (with possible long-term potential)
Location: Wayne, PA (hybrid schedule / 2 days on-site and 3 days remote)
Hours: 25-30 hours a week (9am to 2pm or 3pm) / (Monday through Friday)
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
