Your Role as an Operations Assistant
As an Operations Assistant based at our Isle of Skye branch, your main responsibilities will include:

Providing excellent service at the trade counter

Supporting customers and suppliers with product knowledge and queries

Managing warehouse tasks including goods in/out, picking, packing, and merchandising
Working Hours

Full-time (Permanent): 40 hours/week

Monday–Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00

Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 – 12:00
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Prior retail or merchant experience is beneficial, but not required—we provide full training

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
