About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking office services professional to join one of Cornwall’s leading law firms. As our Office Services & Facilities Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Finance/Facilities Partner, ensuring the smooth running of the firm’s infrastructure, vendor management, supplies, and office events.
We are seeking someone who thrives in a professional environment and can balance multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of administrative support to the Finance/Facilities Partner

Co-ordinate building and office maintenance; resolve maintenance issues promptly

Manage vendor, supplier, and service provider relationships

Monitor and manage stationery and kitchen stock levels; place supply orders

Maintain firm-wide insurance policies and renewals

Update and maintain operational policies and procedures

Support planning and coordination of internal events (e.g. Christmas party, staff quizzes)

Arrange regular maintenance of office equipment and safety systems (alarms, fire extinguishers, heating)
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a PA, operations, or facilities role, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Calm under pressure and confident working with people at all levels

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

Understanding of office health & safety regulations
