About the Role:
We’re seeking a data-driven, process-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing Underwriting Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and unlock insights through analytics. Your work will directly influence high-level strategic decisions and help scale our operations through technology and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Technology Integration

Partner with top AI vendors to deploy tools that automate manual workflows.

Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities.

Drive adoption of new tech systems across teams.
Operational Efficiency & Process Design

Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.

Identify and resolve inefficiencies using automation and AI tools.

Design scalable systems to support business growth and compliance.
Data Analytics & Reporting

Analyze operational data to uncover trends and improve KPIs.

Build real-time dashboards and reporting systems.

Ensure data quality and governance across platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with product, sales, marketing, and corporate development on shared projects.

Align operational processes across departments.

Provide data-driven support to strategic initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management

Maintain alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.

Assist with audits and risk mitigation efforts.
Continuous Improvement

Stay current with industry best practices and process innovation.

Lead training and change management for new tools and workflows.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:

2+ years in operations, data analytics, or process improvement.

Experience with workflow automation, AI tools, or BI platforms is a plus.
Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, HubSpot (or other CRM tools).

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
