About the Role
Our teacher training and professional development division is growing fast — and we’re looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to support our central business functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation and help recruit and train the next generation of teachers.
You’ll join a collaborative team based at our centrally located Oldham office, where no two days are the same. You’ll manage logistics, support delivery, liaise with partner organisations, and ensure operational excellence across all projects.

You should have:

Proven experience in operations or administration within a busy environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems (training will be provided)

About the Cranmer Education Trust
The Cranmer Education Trust is a strong and growing school trust with a deep commitment to educational excellence across Oldham, Rochdale, and beyond. As of 2025, we support over 8,000 students, train 50–60 new teachers annually, and deliver national education programmes through our hubs. By 2029, we aim to grow our community to 11,000 students.
