About the Role

Our teacher training and professional development division is growing fast — and we’re looking for a skilled Operations Coordinator to support our central business functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation and help recruit and train the next generation of teachers.

We welcome candidates from a wide range of industries — not just education. Whether your background is in operations, data management, admin, or events — if you’re an organised and motivated self-starter, we’d love to hear from you.

You should have:

  • Proven experience in operations or administration within a busy environment

  • Confidence in working independently and using initiative

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders

  • A professional, resourceful, and flexible approach

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems (training will be provided)
