About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee site-based HVAC installation projects across the UK. You’ll manage cross-disciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate—ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.
What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end project execution from sales handover to client delivery

Manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and on-site logistics

Ensure compliance with HSE and CDM regulations

Perform regular site audits and safety inspections

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive successful project outcomes

Coordinate project documentation using SharePoint and MS Teams
-
Promote a culture of collaboration, performance, and ethical compliance
What You Bring
-
5–7 years of proven experience in HVAC/Refrigeration project management
-
Solid understanding of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial environments
-
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
-
Strong experience in contract negotiation and legal compliance in construction

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM (preferred)

PMP certification or equivalent (desirable)

NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (advantageous)

Strong communication skills to translate technical information clearly
