Position Summary
As a Manager at PwC, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that tackles complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in relevant fields, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementations or support
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in Financials modules such as payment processing, invoice matching, and month-end close.

Successfully completed 1 to 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, with experience leading project tracks or medium-sized engagements.

Strong understanding of Oracle’s technical and functional environment, including best practices for implementing and supporting complex business processes.

Ability to communicate clearly with business users and technical teams to facilitate effective decision-making.

Proven team leadership skills—balancing team workloads, maintaining morale, and meeting client expectations.

Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Experience working in structured production environments with an emphasis on quality control and governance.
