Position Summary

As a Manager at PwC, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that tackles complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in relevant fields, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementations or support


Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in Financials modules such as payment processing, invoice matching, and month-end close.

  • Successfully completed 1 to 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, with experience leading project tracks or medium-sized engagements.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle’s technical and functional environment, including best practices for implementing and supporting complex business processes.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with business users and technical teams to facilitate effective decision-making.

  • Proven team leadership skills—balancing team workloads, maintaining morale, and meeting client expectations.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication abilities.

  • Experience working in structured production environments with an emphasis on quality control and governance.

  • Committed to providing feedback, supporting team development, and keeping leadership informed of key updates and issues.
