Position Overview
As a Warehouse Operations Team Member, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our distribution center runs smoothly. From unloading products to fulfilling customer orders, this is a hands-on role that offers cross-training across multiple warehouse functions, career growth, and benefits starting on day one.
Key Responsibilities

Unload, receive, and put away product as part of Inbound Operations

Select and prepare customer orders with accuracy

Build, stage, and load pallet orders using forklifts and MHE

Load third-party and internal delivery trucks
-
Perform inventory counts and correct discrepancies
-
Use WMS systems, scan guns, tablets, and computers to process orders

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
-
Assist with auditing orders and other warehouse duties as needed
What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
-
1–3 months of related warehouse experience preferred

Must be at least 18 years old
-
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
-
Willingness to become forklift/MHE certified
-
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)

Ability to adapt and work well in a team environment
