Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist taxpayers with forms, publications, and general inquiries

Provide high-quality seasonal customer service remotely

Navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously

Meet NTI’s standards of professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency
Requirements

High school diploma or GED
-
Strong communication and computer skills
-
Ability to type 20+ WPM and multitask effectively

Reliable, quiet home office setup with wired internet connection

Available to work at least 20 hours/week during peak season (Jan–Apr)

U.S. citizen with ability to pass an IRS federal background check

Must reside in eligible contiguous U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands not eligible; some county restrictions apply)
