About the Role
Kadlec Clinic is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon fellowship-trained in Hand Surgery to join a dynamic and well-supported practice in Eastern Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for mentorship and career growth in a thriving orthopedic group.

Position Highlights

4.5-day workweek, Monday – Friday
1:7 compensated general orthopedic surgery call
Orthopedic ASC connected to the clinic
Dedicated block OR time
Diverse and collaborative orthopedic specialty team
Mission-driven practice serving the underserved
J1 waiver and H1B visa eligible with in-house immigration support

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $700,000 – $907,698 (includes base, productivity, quality incentives, and call pay)
