Job Description: Full-Time Physical Therapist

A well-established outpatient clinic with over 21 years of dedicated service to the community is currently seeking four full-time Physical Therapists to join our team and provide coverage in place of travel therapists. Our clinic specializes in orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and delivering patient-centered care. Position Specializations:

  • 1 Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health and Orthopedics

  • 2 Physical Therapists with a primary focus on Orthopedics

  • 1 Physical Therapist interested in both Orthopedics and Neurology

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range between $80,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience

  • Sign-on bonus of $2,500, paid in two installments

  • Relocation assistance up to $5,000 provided upfront (repayment required if employment ends within two years)

  • Paid time off of two weeks per year, beginning after 90 days of employment

  • Six paid standard holidays annually, plus one floating holiday awarded after one year of service

  • Health and dental insurance coverage available after 90 days

  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions up to 4%, available after one year

  • Annual continuing education allowance of $1,200 provided after one year of employment

Work Schedule and Clinic Environment:

  • Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Shifts available include an early opener shift (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and a later closer shift (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

  • No weekend or on-call shifts required

  • Clinic services focus on Orthopedic, Pelvic Health, and Neurological rehabilitation

Hiring Process:

  • Resumes are reviewed promptly, typically within 1 to 2 business days

  • Candidates participate in interviews conducted either in-person or virtually with clinic leadership

  • Hiring decisions are communicated within 24 to 48 hours following the interview

Candidate Expectations:

  • Ability to manage a caseload averaging 12 to 14 patients per day

  • Conduct evaluations lasting approximately one hour (noting that some insurance providers may limit evaluation time to 30 minutes)

  • Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of patient care
