Position Overview:
Our client, a leading orthopedic and spine care center specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery, is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide top-tier orthopedic care, particularly focused on knee and shoulder conditions, while contributing to a patient-centered, multidisciplinary practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of knee and shoulder injuries and disorders.

  • Employ advanced diagnostic tools and evidence-based treatment approaches, including surgical intervention when necessary.

  • Perform various orthopedic procedures, such as:

    • Arthroscopic surgeries

    • Ligament reconstructions

    • Cartilage restoration

    • Meniscal and rotator cuff repairs

    • Labral repairs

    • Shoulder stabilization

    • Joint replacements (arthroplasty)

  • Design individualized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.

  • Promote high standards of care and patient satisfaction through personalized, outcome-driven treatment.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referring physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and radiologists to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.

  • Lead patient education initiatives around musculoskeletal health, injury prevention, and cutting-edge treatment options.

  • Participate in community outreach programs to enhance awareness and foster wellness in the local population.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Sports Medicine.

  • Proven clinical expertise in managing knee and shoulder conditions.

  • Strong proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.

  • Commitment to patient-focused care and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
