What You’ll Do

Conduct OT network infrastructure audits across all Interfor sites.

Participate in OT network and hardware installation projects.

Diagnose and resolve OT system issues, ensuring smooth operations.

Monitor OT server and workstation backups, escalating incidents when necessary.

Support OT server deployment, maintenance, and restarts.
-
Manage Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) systems and provide technical support.
-
Set up and oversee virtual environments, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
-
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain cybersecurity policies and compliance.

Manage compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure.
-
Assist with OT hardware configuration and system optimizations.
-
Provide remote access support and management.
-
Ensure operational employees have secure, efficient computer systems for their daily tasks.

Work with networking, IT, and operations teams to deploy OT discovery solutions across multiple locations.

Enforce security policies and industry protocols for OT systems.

Monitor data center health, addressing hardware issues as they arise.

Support help desk teams by troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.

Conduct routine system audits, including backup integrity checks.

Document OT platform architecture, focusing on network infrastructure and system integration.
What You Bring

Knowledge of operations environments and systems (preferred but not required).

Experience managing RMM and remote access systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows administration (workstations and servers).

Expertise in server administration and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix).

Skills in managing compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Self-motivation to work independently on assigned tasks and projects.

Strong communication skills, both within IT teams and across departments.

Commitment to high-quality, timely work.

Experience working with IT teams and mill operations to achieve objectives.

Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery technologies, such as Veeam, Rubrik, NetBackup, Dell EMC, AWS Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.

What We Offer

💰 Expected Salary Range: $86,000 – $108,000
