What We’re Looking For

As Frontier rapidly expands its fiber network nationwide, we’re seeking passionate Outside Sales Representatives to help connect communities to the things that matter most. In this commission-based role, you’ll generate new customer relationships through direct, in-person engagement—primarily door-to-door outreach. As part of our Consumer Direct Sales team, you’ll be assigned a dedicated sales territory, receive quality leads, and benefit from proven sales techniques to help you succeed.

This is an in-person role based out of Tampa, FL, with your assigned territory focused on University and surrounding areas.


What We Offer

We believe our team is the key to our success—which is why we offer a robust compensation and benefits package. Expected annual earnings are approximately $95,000, with high performers earning $200,000 or more annually.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door prospecting, outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and grassroots marketing efforts

  • Create and present tailored sales proposals that address customer needs

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

  • Participate in team meetings and complete all assigned training

  • Accurately complete administrative tasks and ensure compliance with sales processes

  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with leadership

  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor


What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who are confident, professional, and comfortable working independently. Your ability to build rapport and close sales in person is essential to success in this role.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record

  • Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territory—even in inclement weather

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)


Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of sales, cold calling, or prospecting experience

  • Knowledge of telecommunications services (fiber, cable, or fixed wireless access)

  • Ability to explain and educate consumers on technology products and services
