We are currently seeking an Overnight In-Room Dining Server to join our award-winning team. Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight In-Room Dining Server, you will deliver a world-class dining experience directly to guest rooms and suites, ensuring luxury service standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include:

• Answering guest calls with professional and courteous etiquette, accurately processing food and beverage orders.

• Describing menu items with engaging and detailed explanations of taste, preparation, and origin.

• Coordinating orders with the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery with high-quality presentation.

• Delivering meals and beverages to guest rooms while providing attentive, personalized service.

• Assisting guests with special requests, dietary preferences, and tray removal.

• Maintaining cleanliness and proper setup of in-room dining equipment, tables, and service stations.

• Ensuring accurate guest check handling, billing, and gratuity recording.

• Supporting food & beverage operations during high volume or absence of team members.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Previous hospitality or luxury hotel experience, particularly in food & beverage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and guest-first mindset.

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
