Compensation & Benefits

Wage Range: $35.02 – $43.78/hour (credit for experience)

Shift Differential: +$4/hour for NOC hours

Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver high-quality nursing care and monitor residents’ health.

Develop and manage resident care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Foster a safe, supportive, and caring environment for residents.
Requirements
-
Must be 21 years of age or older
-
Current North Dakota RN license
-
Active CPR certification
-
Ability to work every other weekend and some holidays
-
Must pass a background check and drug screening
