What You’ll Do as Package Dispatch Supervisor

  • Plan and analyze daily dispatch for package deliveries to optimize service and route efficiency

  • Resolve service-related issues including Air pickups, volume surges, or unforeseen disruptions

  • Support on-call and heavy pickup management, route planning, and dispatch performance reviews

  • Coordinate internal team needs with operational demands to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence

  • Respond to customer service concerns such as call tags, destination updates, and delivery inquiries

  • Leverage operational systems to execute UPS’s commitment to reliable, world-class service


Who You Are

  • A reliable leader who can adapt to shifting roles and priorities

  • Capable of analyzing dispatch data to drive decisions

  • Skilled at problem-solving under pressure

  • Communicative and responsive to both internal teams and customer needs

  • Authorized to work in the United States


Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities

  • Must be certified or able to be trained in both PDS and PCS roles

  • Excellent communication skills
