This dual-role combines hands-on packing and shipping duties with administrative tasks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of life-saving products.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for shipment

  • Enter order details into internal systems and maintain accurate dispatch records

  • Print and apply labels, verify all shipment documents, and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock level updates

  • Maintain a clean, well-organised packing and dispatch area

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure on-time order fulfilment

 About You:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, administration, or fulfilment roles

  • Comfortable with computer systems and data entry

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
