Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and other digital platforms

Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns including setup, testing, monitoring, and performance tuning

Conduct audience targeting and keyword research to maximize ROI

Write engaging ad copy and oversee development of creative assets aligned with campaign objectives

Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven reports with actionable insights
Essential Experience

2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media or paid search roles

Strong experience managing Google Ads campaigns independently

Solid understanding of key performance metrics and optimization techniques

Proven track record of managing B2B and B2C campaigns

Comfortable with hybrid work—able to attend the office 2x per week in Manchester
