About the Role

Skillsoft is seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Demand Gen, Reddit, and programmatic channels. This role combines hands-on campaign management with AI-enabled optimization, helping shape the future of performance marketing where human strategy meets machine precision. You’ll collaborate with agency partners, internal teams, and explore AI-driven workflows to drive efficiency, revenue, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Execution & Optimization

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, including creative testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

  • Conduct A/B testing and hands-on experiments to improve efficiency and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with platform representatives on new features, betas, and incentives.

Agency Management

  • Serve as primary contact for agency-led campaigns on Google Demand Gen, YouTube, and Reddit.

  • Ensure agency strategies align with business goals and hold partners accountable to performance and cost efficiency.

AI-Enabled Performance Innovation

  • Collaborate with the Digital Performance & Optimization team on AI-driven media workflows.

  • Contribute to automation frameworks that reduce manual overhead and increase optimization velocity.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Maintain reporting cadences and contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align paid media strategies with broader demand generation and ABM efforts.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure messaging, creative, and tracking integrity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid social/digital campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.

  • Expertise with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DSPs.

  • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets.

  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker) is a plus.

  • Results-driven, with a strong focus on testing, optimization, and measurable impact.

  • Experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies.
