Position Overview:

As a Paid Social Specialist at Prosana, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across major platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role involves developing full-funnel strategies, driving lead generation, and ensuring consistent performance improvements for B2B clients. If you are a data-driven marketer with a passion for scaling campaigns and achieving client goals, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns for B2B clients across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.

  • Strategic Planning: Design full-funnel paid social strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, focusing on lead generation and conversion.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct testing on creatives, audience segments, and targeting methods to enhance performance.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, identify scaling opportunities, and reallocate budgets to maximize ROI.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work with designers and video editors to produce high-impact ad creatives.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in paid social advertising, applying innovative techniques to client campaigns.

  • Reporting: Generate clear, actionable reports that communicate performance results and insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, especially on Meta and LinkedIn.

  • Proven experience working with B2B clients in a digital marketing agency setting.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and full-funnel marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TikTok paid advertising.

  • Proficiency in creative collaboration, including working with designers and video editors.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization strategies.

  • A proactive approach to staying current with social media advertising trends.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum.

  • Fully remote work environment, with the option to visit the Bournemouth office in the future.
