About the Role
Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a high-profile project in Aylesbury. This role suits a skilled tradesperson with expertise in painting, decorating, and wallpapering across residential and commercial construction sites. Key Responsibilities

Perform internal and external painting and decorating to a professional standard

Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming for paint or wallpaper application

Measure, cut, and hang wallpaper accurately for smooth, flawless finishes

Apply various paint finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

Collaborate with site managers and tradespeople to meet project deadlines
Requirements

Blue CSCS Card preferred
-
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in painting, decorating, and wallpapering

Own tools and PPE essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Reliable with good communication skills
What We Offer
