Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation

  • Support Chef de Cuisine in overseeing daily kitchen operations

  • Train and coach back-of-house team members

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure ingredient quality

  • Uphold food safety standards and prepare for health inspections

  • Foster a positive and professional kitchen environment

  • Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in upscale casual restaurants or scratch kitchens

  • Strong culinary skills and kitchen equipment proficiency

  • Food safety knowledge and state-required certification (ServSafe or equivalent)

  • Clear leadership, communication, and team-building abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Passionate about hospitality, quality, and continuous improvement
