Key Responsibilities

Support Chef de Cuisine in overseeing daily kitchen operations

Train and coach back-of-house team members

Manage inventory levels and ensure ingredient quality

Uphold food safety standards and prepare for health inspections

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in upscale casual restaurants or scratch kitchens

Strong culinary skills and kitchen equipment proficiency

Food safety knowledge and state-required certification (ServSafe or equivalent)

Clear leadership, communication, and team-building abilities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
