Your Impact as a Part time Customer Service Advisor
You’ll be the first point of contact for members visiting our Cheltenham branch, offering expert support with savings accounts, fixed-term investments, and general product guidance. You’ll also follow up with customer calls, respond to queries, and manage important admin tasks—like appointment bookings, scanning, and updating customer records accurately.
