We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for two part-time Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly, fully remote team.
Your Role: Customer-Focused and Impactful
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the voice of Cloudfm—resolving maintenance issues, supporting our supply chain, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service. You’ll work directly with suppliers and customers to keep operations smooth, issues resolved, and communication clear.
What You’ll Be Doing

Assign incoming maintenance tasks to supply chain partners

Provide clear, accurate information to ensure timely task resolution

Handle inbound customer and supplier calls within agreed SLAs

Monitor systems and update client portals and inboxes with accurate data

Escalate issues appropriately and follow up to ensure closure

Investigate backlog maintenance requests to resolve them efficiently
-
Support internal and external queries with a solution-focused approach

Maintain high customer service standards

Stay updated with internal processes and changes
What You’ll Bring

At least 1 year of customer service experience (call centre background preferred)

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

A calm, professional approach under pressure

Strong organisational and time management skills

Example Shift Patterns (20 hours/week)
Option A:

Friday: 10:00–14:00

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00–19:00 (with 1-hour lunch)
Option B:

Monday: 16:00–20:00

Tuesday: 10:00–14:00

Wednesday & Thursday: 07:00–11:00
