What You’ll Do

Build customer relationships by designing memorable custom framing solutions.

Deliver excellent customer service—assist shoppers, answer questions, and help locate products.

Complete custom framing orders with quality and accuracy.

Maintain ready-made frame departments and other assigned areas.

Operate cash register and follow cash-handling standards.

Participate in truck unload, stocking, and Omni-channel processes.

Keep the store clean, safe, and well-stocked.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and shrink programs.

Interact respectfully and positively with all team members and customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:

Basic computer and measuring skills
-
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter
Preferred:

Prior retail experience
-
Sales or customer service background
Physical Requirements

Standing for long periods

Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching

Lifting heavy boxes/frames and climbing ladders

Willingness to work in different store environments (sales floor, frame shop, stockroom, outdoors if needed)
