Key Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care: Deliver nursing care to ensure the health and comfort of individuals.

Medication Management: Administer medications and maintain precise medical documentation.

Medical Coordination: Accompany individuals to medical appointments and provide staff training on health maintenance.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Current, active LPN license in New Jersey.

Minimum of one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Proficient with basic computer skills and electronic medical record systems.

Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate approach to care.

Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
