As a Part-Time On-Road Supervisor, you’ll ensure that packages are delivered safely, on time, and with care—while helping us continually improve performance and build lasting customer relationships.


Job Summary

The PT On-Road Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of delivery drivers (Service Providers), ensuring top-tier customer service, regulatory compliance, and continuous performance improvement. You’ll review route metrics, safety reports, and performance data to identify areas for optimization while motivating and guiding your team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily driver performance and support their development

  • Complete administrative tasks such as performance reviews, accident reports, and service audits

  • Conduct on-road ride-alongs to ensure safety, compliance, and proper methods

  • Use tools like ORION, PAS, and Telematics to analyze route performance and safety

  • Respond to customer service issues and foster positive relationships

  • Share customer business insights with dispatch, center management, and sales teams

  • Encourage drivers to contribute sales leads and identify growth opportunities

  • Support operational excellence by communicating goals and business impact clearly


Qualifications

  • Must meet local age and valid driver’s license requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, or authorized alien)

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with safety standards and transportation compliance regulations

  • Basic understanding of dispatch systems and delivery operations
