About the Role

The Partner Data & Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting business operations through customer onboarding, rebate processing, commission management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact during customer onboarding, resolving issues quickly

  • Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams for seamless onboarding

  • Process, validate, and track rebate claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines

  • Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding rebate status

  • Import, verify, and maintain customer and transaction data in internal systems

  • Monitor data quality and escalate anomalies for resolution

  • Conduct data checks, summaries, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities

  • Process and reconcile monthly/weekly commissions, prepare reports, and manage approvals

  • Calculate, audit, and maintain accurate records of commission payments

  • Troubleshoot commission issues and resolve discrepancies through investigation

  • Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Commission or reimbursement processing experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
