Join Concentrix, a global leader in customer engagement and technology solutions, as a Partner Development Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee complex client accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth by managing renewals, expansions, and conversions within existing customer bases.
You’ll work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow B2B client accounts through strategic relationship management and revenue generation.

Renew, expand, and convert service relationships with existing customers.

Resolve escalated client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities and present tailored solutions.

Conduct business reviews, deliver presentations, and pitch upsell opportunities.

Support scalable partner growth through phone, chat, email, and video communication.

Ensure clients use appropriate service packages and comply with contract terms.

Assist partners with fee structures, APIs, and marketing opportunities.

Develop and implement strategies to retain revenue and increase engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers and ensure client success.

Maintain accurate records and manage relationships using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. residential address.

3+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or developer relations.

Previous B2B sales experience required.

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.

Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.

Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM software.
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of experience in partner management or SaaS/API-driven platforms.

Experience managing third-party developers and technical partnerships.

Familiarity with API billing models and developer ecosystems.
