About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to support Recover’s government and community partners. Your mission will be to strengthen partnerships, streamline referral processes, and ensure that more people in need connect with high-quality treatment.

This position is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about health equity. You’ll coordinate internal and external efforts, communicate effectively with partners, and help improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outreach to referral partners via email and phone to maintain and strengthen relationships.

  • Manage referral pipelines in the CRM system, tracking outreach, engagement, and referral flow.

  • Provide timely updates to partners to ensure transparency and trust.

  • Coordinate reporting schedules and collaborate with clinical and intake teams to deliver accurate data.

  • Identify and resolve communication or referral process gaps in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience (Account Management, Customer Success, or Partnerships preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, EHRs, and Google Sheets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Aligned with Recover’s mission to advance health equity and improve treatment outcomes.

  • Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and continuously improves workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off
Location: Fully remote
