As a Parts Administrator & Customer Service team member, you will support the procurement and sale of parts, ensuring the smooth recovery of service engineers’ times and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities for a Parts Administrator & Customer Service Role

Main Duties of a Parts Administrator & Customer Service Professional

  • Promote, prepare, and manage parts quotations and sales orders.

  • Address urgent parts and aftersales issues swiftly.

  • Progress and chase supplier orders and manage back orders.

  • Answer customer calls and liaise with service engineers and after-sales teams.

  • Enter new part details into the system for accurate ordering and pricing.

  • Operate LIKV and My Liebherr systems for identifying spare parts.

  • Gather information to support internal and external invoicing.

  • Construct invoices using relevant provided data.

  • Retrieve and verify missing information when needed.

  • Organize documentation systematically according to company policies.

  • Attend off-site and overseas meetings or exhibitions as required.

  • Complete necessary training at workplace locations or off-site, including abroad.

  • Foster positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and company partners.

  • Manage warranty orders, work orders, sales orders, purchase requests, and invoicing.

  • Prepare travel and training plans for the MCC Sales and After Sales teams.

  • Support desk coverage by flexibly adjusting working hours when needed.

  • Identify and implement improvements to the after-sales administrative process.

  • Ensure all tasks comply with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies, including preparing risk assessments and method statements.
