Company Overview
At Kimpton, everything is personal. We celebrate individuality, recognizing that being human means embracing uniqueness. Working here isn’t just another hospitality job—it’s a chance to be part of a mission that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
We believe the real you is essential to our success. Your diverse background, talents, and quirks are what help us create genuine connections with our guests. As you shape your own career path, you’ll also be making each guest’s experience more personal and meaningful. This isn’t about clocking in and out—it’s about making every moment count.
That’s why FORTUNE magazine has named Kimpton one of the “Best Companies to Work For” nine times, and why we consistently earn a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index. Our guests feel it too, which is why we’re recognized as a top hospitality company year after year.
With a vibrant company culture, diverse career opportunities, and outstanding benefits, Kimpton is one of the best places to work. We offer paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with employer matching, and six weeks of paid parental leave. Additional benefits include backup child and elder care, professional development through Kimpton University, and employee discounts at our 60+ hotels nationwide. We also add special Kimpton-style perks like wellness programs and pet insurance.
Kimpton is a great place to work because we’re passionate about genuine, heartfelt care. From the fun of a hula hoop at orientation (yes, really!) to every unforgettable Kimpton Moment, you’ll love being part of our team—just as much as our guests love staying with us.
