Role Overview: Patient Co-ordinator Team Administrator
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team Administrator to support our Patient Co-ordination team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in healthcare admin, with responsibilities spanning appointment management, CRM support (Salesforce), chaperone duties, and general admin support.
You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth patient journey — especially for injectable and filler treatment enquiries — while maintaining the high standard of discretion, care, and professionalism Elanic is known for.
Key Responsibilities

Manage injectable/filler appointment enquiries and bookings

Update and maintain accurate patient records in Salesforce CRM

Process reschedules, cancellations, and appointment changes
-
Support Patient Co-ordinators with document scanning, patient follow-ups, and phone/email queries

Provide chaperone support during consultations when required
-
Ensure patient interactions are warm, respectful, and confidential
-
Escalate concerns to appropriate clinical teams as needed
-
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality (GDPR)
