Provide information about services, directions, and provider availability.

Support referrals, authorizations, and physician communication.
First Contact Resolution

Resolve patient questions and concerns on the first call whenever possible.

Escalate issues to the right expert or supervisor when needed.

Maintain patient satisfaction by instilling confidence and trust.
Professional Communication

Handle a high volume of calls with clarity and courtesy.

De-escalate challenging calls while maintaining control and professionalism.

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma or GED, computer proficiency, strong communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $16.06 – $22.69/hour
