Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Patio Grill Manager to lead our lively outdoor dining venue. The Patio Grill caters to golfers finishing their rounds and guests enjoying the pool area, offering a fast-paced and energetic environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, service-oriented Food & Beverage professional with excellent leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Patio Grill, ensuring top-notch service for both golfers and poolside guests

  • Lead and inspire a small team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to provide excellent service

  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency

  • Manage inventory and handle ordering of beverages and supplies

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to curate daily specials and seasonal menus

  • Address member feedback and resolve any issues quickly and professionally

  • Ensure POS systems are accurate and manage daily financial reporting

  • Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members

  • Uphold Glenwild’s service, safety, and member satisfaction standards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role

  • Previous experience in a private club or resort setting is preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A passion for hospitality and an eye for detail
