Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Patio Grill Manager to lead our lively outdoor dining venue. The Patio Grill caters to golfers finishing their rounds and guests enjoying the pool area, offering a fast-paced and energetic environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, service-oriented Food & Beverage professional with excellent leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Patio Grill, ensuring top-notch service for both golfers and poolside guests

Lead and inspire a small team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to provide excellent service

Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency

Manage inventory and handle ordering of beverages and supplies

Collaborate with the culinary team to curate daily specials and seasonal menus

Address member feedback and resolve any issues quickly and professionally

Ensure POS systems are accurate and manage daily financial reporting

Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members

Uphold Glenwild’s service, safety, and member satisfaction standards
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role

Previous experience in a private club or resort setting is preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
