Your Impact:

As a Payroll Partner, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, submission, reporting, and auditing for our US-based salary and hourly employees. Your meticulous approach will guarantee compliance with company policies and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, meeting critical deadlines, and providing exceptional customer service while collaborating with HR and other departments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive US payroll experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of multi-state and local payroll tax experience.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws (FLSA, wage and hour, tax regulations).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Workday Payroll (highly preferred).
  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM and/or Workday Time (a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
