North America Payroll Specialist
Location: Hybrid – Englewood, CO

About the Role
SymphonyAI is seeking a meticulous Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our North American employees. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and seamless payroll operations, collaborating closely with HR and finance teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for North American employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, tax information, and deductions with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams for seamless data integration and payroll transactions.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits, addressing discrepancies proactively.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal and compliance review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing prompt resolution.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Assist in year-end tax documentation and reporting.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience in North America.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and confidentiality.
  • FPC certification is a plus but not required.
