Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and company policies. This role is essential in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining accurate records and supporting HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle payroll processing, data entry, and reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, and taxes.

Collaborate with HR on benefits, deductions, and leave management.

Prepare payroll reports and submit tax filings on schedule.

Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years of payroll experience, preferably using ADP.

Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements.

Experience with union payroll reporting is a plus.
